Youth and vitality are the driving force of an enterprise. On July 10, in this beautiful midsummer, the enthusiastic addition of university graduates injected fresh blood into Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangyuan"), continuously radiating new brilliance! They come from all over the country, yet united by a common pursuit and sense of belonging, they have gathered at Guangyuan—a brand-new stage that is about to help them achieve excellence.
With clear objectives and precise positioning, the purpose of this onboarding training was to familiarize new employees with the history, current status, and future development plans of both China Lesso Group and Guangyuan. The training courses covered the company overview, organizational structure, corporate culture, career development, and more—providing a precise and systematic boost that laid a solid foundation for the new hires to smoothly adapt to their work at Guangyuan.
Through personal guidance, identification was enhanced. Deputy Dean Xu Bo attached great importance to the onboarding training for new employees. He warmly and comprehensively introduced the company's profile, historical evolution, corporate goals, as well as vividly presenting the composition of the senior management team, company qualifications, patents, honors, technical accumulation, and business channels. He also shared his hopes and suggestions for newcomers just entering the workplace, teaching them through his own example how to effectively communicate with superiors and subordinates, how to adjust their mindset and work efficiency, and more—quickly enhancing the new employees' sense of identification and belonging, and helping them transition smoothly into their professional roles.
Rooted in Guangyuan, integrated into Lesso. To gain a deeper understanding of Lesso's culture, on the morning of July 12, our new employee team set off from Guangzhou for the magnificent Group headquarters—China Lesso Group—for a full-day career planning training session. There, the new employees toured the product exhibition hall and the corporate culture and development overview hall, witnessing firsthand the Group's formidable strength, extensive product lines, solid growth momentum, and excellent corporate culture from both macro and micro perspectives. In addition to the tours, Director of the Group's Corporate Culture and Social Responsibility Department Ren Jun and Dean of Lesso Academy Qi Zhenbiao delivered courses on corporate culture interpretation and career development, helping new employees identify their future goals. This training once again assisted the new hires in quickly integrating into the corporate culture, setting down-to-earth objectives, and honing their skills while accumulating experience.
Forged through hard work, united in struggle. After several days of classroom training, the spirited new employees arrived at the foot of Baiyun Mountain to participate in an outdoor team-building activity aimed at promoting mutual familiarity, trust, and enhancing team cohesion. Even though a torrential rain poured down, it could not dampen the new employees' united spirit. They successfully completed multiple activities and drills, showcasing the tenacious willpower and spirit of this year's graduates, and bringing the new employee training to a perfect conclusion.
