2. Construction Contents: Digital Lung Laboratory Building (82,826.22 m²), Vaccine and Drug Pilot Platform (14,464.7 m²), Diagnostic Instrument Pilot Platform (7,770.64 m²), Experimental Headquarters Building (12,552.56 m²), and Basement (30,749.22 m²).
3. EIA Report and Public Participation Description: The developer commissioned Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. to conduct the environmental impact assessment and prepare the EIA report for this project. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the full EIA report and public participation description are hereby publicly disclosed to solicit public opinions and suggestions regarding the project and its environmental protection measures, and to accept public supervision.
