2. Project Scale: The planned bed capacity is 600 beds. Parking spaces: 1,205. Construction contents include seven types of basic facility spaces (emergency department, outpatient department, inpatient department, medical technology rooms, support systems, administrative offices, and on-site living quarters), scientific research and teaching facilities, underground parking garage, and outdoor works.
3. EIA Report and Public Participation Description: The developer commissioned Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. to conduct the environmental impact assessment and prepare the EIA report for this project. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the full EIA report and public participation description are hereby publicly disclosed to solicit public opinions and suggestions regarding the project and its environmental protection measures, and to accept public supervision.
