Today is the first day back after the holiday.

Early in the morning, the management team gathered for the first meeting of the new year.

After the Meeting: Climbing Baiyun Mountain, Step by Step
Right after the meeting, we headed straight for Baiyun Mountain.
As we climbed higher, the mountain breeze grew crisp and the view widened. Standing at the summit overlooking the city, someone laughed and said: "This feels just like our new year — rising step by step."
And it's more than just symbolism.
Climbing together builds team chemistry; every upward step reaffirms our commitment to our goals.
From the conference room to the peak — from strategy to action — all in just one morning.
Noon: A Feast of Abundance and Camaraderie
After descending the mountain, we gathered at the "Pen Man Pen Man" (Bowl Full to the Brim) restaurant at the foot of Baiyun Mountain.
The name itself carries good fortune — may the new year bring abundance and fullness in every way.
Seated around the table, with steaming dishes and laughter over toasts, we talked not only about work but also about the bonds and beliefs that sustain us.
Some said this was the most solid way to wrap up the first day back.
Others said: "Now this is how you start the year."
Final Thoughts
Some say the first day back should be about "catching up."
But we believe that true masters never rush to catch up.
Instead, they ask themselves:
What are the 3–5 most important things for my team in the coming months?
How can we align, focus, and move forward together?
Is everything we do today directing that 95% of our energy toward that 5% core priority?
No matter how fast a horse runs, if it heads in the wrong direction, it only goes farther astray.
