Looking back on the journey of 2023, and setting sail for the new journey of 2024. On January 19, 2024, the 2023 Year-End Summary Meeting, themed "Integration, Sharing, Win-Win," was held in the third-floor conference room. The meeting reviewed the work of 2023, analyzed and assessed the advantages, opportunities, as well as shortcomings and gaps, and systematically planned the key priorities, implementation paths, and concrete measures for 2024, ensuring a strong start and steady progress for the new year.
I. Business Segment
First, the Business Unit Assessment Group analyzed the 2023 business environment and outlined the plans for 2024 business development, delving into the key focus areas for future business efforts. In the face of market fluctuations and challenges, only by improving our own technical capabilities can we fully leverage our strengths.
II. Design Segment
Project leaders summarized and reviewed the key considerations, data highlights, shortcomings, and improvement measures in the project design and implementation process, while sharing experiences and insights, and planning for future work.
III. Construction Management Segment
On-site project personnel provided a systematic summary based on the construction site conditions, work capabilities, existing deficiencies, and future improvement directions for the Central Plains project. With new experiences gained, we will continue to maintain an innovative and enterprising spirit in the new year, striving to achieve higher goals.
IV. Project Manager Segment
Each project manager analyzed the project overview and shared lessons learned from the projects, emphasizing the importance of clarifying job responsibilities and making effective work plans.
V. Management Segment
First, Gan Shiwei, Director of the Guangyuan Technical Service Center, summarized the annual work in technology, construction, procurement, and pre-settlement, and formulated the work plan for the second half of the year.
2.Next, Xu Bo, Deputy General Manager of Guangyuan, reviewed what our company accomplished in 2023 and put forward requirements for 2024. He emphasized that everyone should change their mindset, enhance their awareness, strengthen inter-departmental communication, and carry out work with a project-centric approach.
3.Finally, in the face of such a complex and volatile market environment, Mr. Chen Yicheng, General Manager of Guangyuan, summarized the overall work of Guangyuan in 2023 and laid out the work arrangements for 2024. He put forward the principle of "Focus on true needs, cultivate deep expertise in technology, and adapt to survive," because truth-seeking and pragmatism will always be the best strategy.
In this atmosphere of unity and hope, the meeting came to a successful conclusion. The leadership's earnest words will serve as guiding beacons on the path ahead.
