On January 10–11, 2017, Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. held its 2016 Annual Work Summary and 2017 Work Plan Conference under the theme "Innovative Development, Making the World Go Further."
A total of 55 participants attended the meeting, including the company's senior and mid-level leadership and general managers from branches across the country. During the conference, general managers of various branches and heads of company departments presented summary reports on their work in 2016. At the conclusion of the meeting, President Wang Ge pointed out that since April 18, 2016, when Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. was incorporated into the China Lesso Group as a wholly-owned subsidiary, the company had leveraged Lesso Group's powerful platform to achieve new breakthroughs in areas including environmental investment, municipal wastewater treatment and operation, comprehensive rural environmental improvement, black and odorous water body treatment, solid waste treatment, environmental monitoring, sponge city development, urban underground integrated utility tunnels, urban water supply and drainage engineering, and environmental advisory services. Under the leadership of the new management team, the company successfully fulfilled all operational targets assigned by Lesso Group for 2016.
