1. Project Location: The project is located at the Guangzhou Smelter Plant Site, Hongshan Street, Huangpu District, on the easternmost side of the Port Economic Zone, at the intersection of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Coastal Expressway and Guangzhou Ring Expressway. Central geographic coordinates: E113°29'40.427", N23°5'29.103".
2. Project Scale: The planned bed capacity is 1,000 beds, with 800 beds to be built in this phase (of which 300 beds will be delivered as shell-and-core). Parking spaces: 1,452. Construction contents include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Proctology, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Stomatology, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine, Nursing/Anesthesia/Pain Clinics, General Practice Clinic, and Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment Center.
3. EIA Report and Public Participation Description: The developer commissioned Guangzhou Environmental Protection Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. to conduct the environmental impact assessment and prepare the EIA report for this project. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the full EIA report and public participation description are hereby publicly disclosed to solicit public opinions and suggestions regarding the project and its environmental protection measures, and to accept public supervision.
