3. Construction Location: Guangzhou Smelter Plant Site, Hongshan Street, Huangpu District, easternmost side of the Port Economic Zone, at the intersection of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Coastal Expressway and Guangzhou Ring Expressway
4. Project Overview: The planned site area is 85,509 m², with a total floor area of 157,529 m² (above ground: 106,403.1 m²; underground: 51,125.9 m²). The planned bed capacity is 1,000 beds, with 800 beds to be built in this phase (of which 300 beds will be delivered as shell-and-core). Parking spaces: 1,452. Construction contents include eight types of facility spaces (outpatient department, emergency department, inpatient department, medical technology rooms, pharmacy, support systems, administrative offices, and on-site living quarters), TCM specialty treatment rooms, large medical equipment rooms, TCM heritage studios, training rooms, student transition rooms, infectious disease department, integrated service center, convenience service rooms, rooftop equipment rooms, underground garages, and equipment rooms. Engineering work includes civil works, foundation pit support, earthwork, structural works, interior finishing, installation works, elevator works, medical specialty works, intelligent systems, outdoor works, other supporting works, and medical equipment procurement.
