1. Position Title: Pre-settlement Engineer

5. Job Responsibilities:
5.1. Responsible for preparing construction drawing pre-settlement and material/labor cost analysis; reviewing and finalizing settlements for subcontractors and labor teams.
5.2. Prepare construction cost estimates to support the company in subcontractor selection.
5.3. Handle cost reconciliation and negotiation with auditing firms.
5.4. Promptly adjust budgets and costs in response to design changes and on-site variations during construction, ensuring cost control within acceptable limits.
5.5. Maintain accurate market data on labor, materials, and equipment; establish and update corresponding cost databases.
6. Job Requirements:
6.1. 2+ years of relevant work experience; college degree or above; age 22–35.
6.2. Majors in Construction Cost Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Hydraulic Engineering preferred.
6.3. Experience in installation cost control, progress payment review, or prior work in the environmental protection industry is a plus.
6.4. Proficiency in software such as GLODON and CAD; familiar with cost reconciliation, pricing, and on-site contract management.
